About Your Role

As a Process Owner for Åhléns master data, you will be responsible for developing, ensuring quality, and streamlining Åhléns master data processes. The role involves extensive collaboration with various parts of the organization, where you will become a natural link between purchasing, systems, and suppliers. You will work both strategically and operationally to create a data-driven foundation that enables smarter decisions, higher quality, and increased automation.

Examples of Responsibilities: 

• Drive, structure, and ensure the development of the company's Master Data from an end-to-end perspective.
• Ensure that processes and routines related to Åhléns master data are followed.
• Ensure training and documentation for long-term high data quality.
• Initiate and lead improvement initiatives to automate and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Organization to secure information flows from our suppliers.

You will be part of a team of about 10 people and collaborate with the purchasing and marketing organization.

You Bring With You:

• Relevant academic education in e.g. economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related function.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
